So, back in January, I gave a list of my New Years Resolutions. Well, now I’m finally getting around to them. Over the past couple of weeks, I have made it my mission to eat right and exercise everyday. So far, I have been successful, and I am actually beginning to enjoy it! This morning, I woke up bright and early (around 6:30 am), ate a balanced breakfast, and went for a mile run. My dog decided to join and keep me motivated. I was surprised to realize that instead of being exhausted all day, I was actually more productive than I have been in weeks! Maybe this health/fitness thing isn’t so bad after all!
